Milk Boosting Power Bites

These no bake power bites are perfect for a pick me up throughout the day and they include powerful ingredients to help with milk production.


  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until throughly combined
  • Roll into about 12 bites (I use a scoop for size consistency) and place on a sheet pan
  • Pop into the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer until hardened
  • Place in an airtight container in the fridge for a week!
