Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

I can’t take credit for this one – this is my husband’s recipe! It’s ooey, gooey goodness.

Ingredients

  • 30 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups of shredded chicken
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 16 oz jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce (or you can make your own if you have the time!)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
  • Marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º

Cook the shells according to packaging until just al dante. Drain and set aside.

Combine chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, cheddar and Parmesan in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. *If you do not season your chicken with garlic salt go ahead and throw some in there too!

Stuff shells with the mixture and place on counter or cutting board.

Apply a thin layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of a 9×13” casserole dish. Place shells, open side up, in a single layer if possible (no worries if you have a few that need to stack)

Cover with foil. Bake for 35 minutes.
